This is a fun project. Lots of cutting blanks on table saw….even more glue and you can never have enough clamps!
Most boards use a combination of maple, black walnut, oak, cherry and ipe. Each board is simply finished with a food-safe cutting board oil. No other finish or sealant is used, and for this, a light oiling is required every so often.
